a quiet Valentine’s day

So, guess where we went for St. Valentine’s Day?

A cemetery, of course.

Pere Lachaise – the resting place of Abelard and Heloise.

Parted in life, but together in death.  They named their son Astrolabe, of all things.  Brave choice.

He is the romantic, I trundle along and enjoy the view.

I am a misanthrope. No one ever believes me, but this seems to prove my point.
